Work stress, family stress,
Social distress, life’s a mess.
But you’re going to keep it together.
Money is tight,
Your pockets are light,
Sleepless nights, and no prospects in sight.
But you’re going to keep it together.
You’ll nourish your body,
You’ll nourish your mind.
If you keep looking, you’ll be sure to find
That you can keep it together.
The problems may seem never-ending,
The pain may feel heart-rending,
But soon you’ll be sending
The devil on his way
Because you managed to keep it together.
